100% extra virgin olive oil is unrefined and is the highest quality of olive oil available. Originating from Tunisia, organic, 100% vegan, gluten-free, GMO-free, decanted, acidity of 0.3%, polyphenol level of 600 mg/l. Imported directly from the farm- this olive oil is 100% traceable.

Yes it is a little pricey – but it is 100% traceable and reflects the shortages of the past season. Due to disease and climate change- yields were down by 70% and our cost has nearly doubled since last year. In order to offset olive oil use – we have brought in some other oils, such as avocado and grapeseed oil.
