Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cookies
A more nutritious, but no less delicious, version of my kids’ favourite cookie. We use less than half the sugar in most recipes and include zucchini to boost the nutrition. You can play a fun game by asking your friends or family to guess the secret (vegetable) ingredient! Or don’t, and just feel good about feeding them more vegetables. We use locally grown and organic ingredients whenever possible.

Drain excess water, and place in skillet.
3. Season and lightly brown Soy Curls
Add your favourite seasoning & sauté until lightly browned.
4. Serve or add to your favorite dish!

After the fermentation process is completed, “Cream yeast” is heated and held at pasteurization temperatures for a period long enough to inactivate the yeast. During this holding period, all necessary vitamins are added. After drum drying, the yeast is flaked or ground and is now ready for consumption.
