A more nutritious, but no less delicious, version of my kids’ favourite cookie. We use less than half the sugar in most recipes and include zucchini to boost the nutrition. You can play a fun game by asking your friends or family to guess the secret (vegetable) ingredient! Or don’t, and just feel good about feeding them more vegetables. We use locally grown and organic ingredients whenever possible.
