• Drinking vinegars (aka shrubs)

    A yummy way to dip a toe into fermented beverages! Shrubs are a concentrated syrup that combine fruit, vinegar and sugar. They make a flavourful addition to your water, fizzy water, and even your cocktails.

     

    We have 3 flavours: blackberry ginger, blackberry & black currant, and osoberry. We’re all familiar with blackberries and black currants, but osoberry? Osoberry is a native plant that produces beautiful, dark blue berries that taste a bit like a blueberry with a hint of cucumber.

     

    We use organic, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar and add local fruits and herbs to boost flavour! Most shrubs contain as much sugar as vinegar, but we find these too sweet so cut down on the sugar. You can always sweeten to your taste!
