Rooibos is an herbal tea that is naturally caffeine-free, with no stimulating effect. It tastes similar to black tea but with no tannin or bitterness. Rooibos contains numerous antioxidants and is loaded with minerals including iron, magnesium, calcium, manganese and zinc as well as the skin promoting alpha hydroxyl acid.
Rooibos is versatile and can also be used in cooking and baking.
