A super delicious herbal syrup made with roots and berries. It is loaded with iron, minerals and vitamins and adaptogens. Ingredients are certified organic. except for the honey which is Frederich’s Unpasteurized Honey from Cedar, BC. So all of the honey’s goodness is still intact.
You can enjoy it straight by the teaspoon as a nourishing herbal treat.
It can also be used to add nutrients to your favourite drinks.
It is especially yummy over ice, in sparkling water with lemon, in tea and in coffee.
Syrups are made by me here on Salt Spring Island. Small batches made with love.
