Gathering Place Hot Curry Powder is an authentic Sambar curry blend of aromatic South Indian spices. These spices come from our Farmers’ Cooperative in Southern India, and are always hand harvested in the current year. Full of flavour, this blend may be used in most dishes requiring exotic flavour with a little heat.

Ingredients: coriander, byadagi chili, guntur chili, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, fenugreek seed, black mustard, fenugreek leaves and curry leaves.

Packaged in a backyard compostable cellulose bag.
