This past season was a tough one for the bees on Saltspring and as such Island bees did not have enough to supply our bulk program. So in its place we have some very tasty unpasteurized, raw, certified organic clover honey from the Canadian prairies. Clover honey is lighter in colour, has fresh grassy, flowery aroma and sweet taste.
