Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix, True Grain Cowichan

Make lazy pancake Sundays a breeze with this mix made from stone ground, BC organic flour by True Grain Mill! This 960g bag (larger than the one in the image) will make 4 batches of 10 – 12 pancakes.

Directions: Pancakes: Mix 1½ cups pancake mix with 1 egg, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, & 1½ cups milk. Makes 10-12 pancakes per batch; 3 batches in pouch. Waffles: Combine 1 cup milk, 3 tbsp oil with 2 beaten egg yolks. Add 1 ½ cups dry mix. Separately, beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into batter.
