Cloves are the unopened pink flower buds of the evergreen clove tree. The buds are picked by hand when they are pink and dried until they turn brown in colour. Gathering Place cloves are harvested in the current year, ground into a powder, and shipped direct to us. With a warm, aromatic, sweet flavour, clove powder can be added to any of your favourite baking recipes.
