Seaweeds are among the most nutritive and complete foods and are the most concentrated food source of minerals on the planet. They are nature’s perfectly balanced mineral supplement. Dakini Tidal Wilds offers customers a local choice of seaweed.

The product of a third generation farm in the Cedarberg Mountains of South Africa, this tea is hand harvested at the peak of flavor and nutritional content. It then undergoes a stringent fermentation, sorting, and drying process that gives you the most delicious and highest quality Rooibos available. Rooibos is an herbal tea that is naturally caffeine-free, with no stimulating effect. It tastes similar to black tea but with no tannin or bitterness. Rooibos contains numerous antioxidants and is loaded with minerals including iron, magnesium, calcium, manganese and zinc as well as the skin promoting alpha hydroxyl acid.

Rooibos is versatile and can also be used in cooking and baking.

Simmer the tea for ten minutes in a pot of water on the stove. Brewing the tea increases the antioxidant value.

Cacao butter (aka theobroma oil) is an edible, highly stable vegetable fat (about 60% saturated) that can be used in cooking as well as in skin products. It’s most common culinary application is in the creation of chocolate.

Since cacao butter melts at room temperature and is rich in antioxidants and vitamins it is also a natural moisturizer with very soothing and hydrating properties for the skin. In the cosmetic industry, cacao butter is used as a thickening agent and a common ingredient in lipsticks, soaps, and emollient creams imbuing them with a subtle cocoa scent.
