Smoked local ham hock. These are meant to be cooked low and slow- they add great flavour soups and stews, such as split pea, navy bean, gumbo etc. Meat can be pulled from the bone and added back to the dish, after being simmered. Ham hocks contain lots of collagen and are very nutritious! Minimum 750g.
